This late 18th Century statuary marble chimneypiece is decorated across the frieze with an inlaid Greek key pattern and plain central panel. The Verde also frames the ingrounds and horizontal stretcher.

The fluted tapering pillasters to the jambs support carved patrea blockings and the whole is surmounted with a moulded shelf.
